HedgeDoc
HedgeDoc (formerly CodiMD) is a self-hosted, real-time collaborative Markdown editor. Several people can write the same note at once in the browser, with support for diagrams, math, slide presentations and per-note sharing permissions.

Installation

Notes
There is no default account. Use Sign In to register the first user with an email address and password. Guests can read notes but cannot create them.
Registration is open to anyone who can reach the instance. Once your accounts exist, set "allowEmailRegister": false in /opt/hedgedoc_data/config.json and run systemctl restart hedgedoc. Further users can then be added from the shell: cd /opt/hedgedoc && NODE_ENV=production CMD_CONFIG_FILE=/opt/hedgedoc_data/config.json bin/manage_users --add user@example.com
The domain in config.json must match the address in the browser, otherwise the page loads without scripts. It is set to the container IP with urlAddPort. Behind a reverse proxy set domain to your hostname, urlAddPort to false and protocolUseSSL to true for HTTPS, then restart hedgedoc.
Configuration, the session secret and uploaded images live in /opt/hedgedoc_data and survive updates. Notes are stored in the PostgreSQL database hedgedoc.
