Valhalla is an open-source routing engine and accompanying libraries for use with OpenStreetMap data. It provides turn-by-turn routing, map matching (snapping noisy GPS traces to the road/path network), time+distance matrices, isochrones and elevation lookups over a self-built tile graph. Commonly run as a self-hosted routing backend so that location data never has to be sent to a third party.
Gotenberg is a developer-friendly API for converting numerous document formats (HTML, Markdown, URLs and LibreOffice-supported office documents such as DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and ODF) into PDF. It also merges, splits, flattens and manipulates PDFs using Chromium, LibreOffice, QPDF, pdfcpu, PDFtk and ExifTool. This script builds Gotenberg from source and runs it bare-metal instead of via Docker.

Fedora is the upstream of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and ships current kernels, compilers and desktop software roughly every six months. This creates a VM from the official Cloud Base image, so the release is picked up from the mirror rather than pinned in the script.
ChromeOS Flex is Google's ChromeOS build for ordinary PCs and Macs, aimed at giving old hardware a second life as a managed, fast-booting web terminal. This creates a VM from Google's official recovery image, verified against the sha1 Google publishes alongside it.
